Anthony Barrera
Founder & CEO
Anthony is a software engineer and entrepreneur based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Before founding EnygmaLab, he led engineering teams across multiple product companies, building distributed systems and scaling technical orgs from early-stage through growth.
He founded EnygmaLab with a single conviction: the best engineers in Latin America deserved a direct path to world-class companies — and those companies deserved access to talent that meets their bar without the overhead of a traditional hiring cycle. That conviction is the operating principle behind everything EnygmaLab does.
