Our talent team searches our pre-vetted network of 500+ senior LatAm engineers — filtered by your exact stack, domain, and team culture. Every candidate on our shortlist has passed a multi-stage evaluation: a live coding challenge, a system design interview, an English proficiency assessment, and a soft-skills interview. Only the top 3% make it this far.

Client Interviews & Selection

We present a curated shortlist of 2–4 candidates — typically within 24–48 hours of your discovery call. You run your own technical interviews and make the final call. There is no pressure, no hard sell. If none of the first batch is the right fit, we keep searching at no additional cost until you find your engineer.

Once you select your engineer, we handle everything: contracts, compliance, payroll, equipment provisioning, and NDA setup. What is the difference between staff augmentation and outsourcing?
