1. Services
EnygmaLab provides specialized technical staff augmentation services on demand. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Intellectual Property
All code and deliverables created by the assigned talent shall be the exclusive property of the Client upon full payment of services rendered.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the engagement, including but not limited to technical architecture, business processes, and client data.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued on a monthly basis. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Ongoing work will be delivered up to the termination date and invoiced accordingly.
